About

Elena Fombertaux is an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer, who loves getting lost in worlds other than her own! Her work delves into nature, botanics, ancient beliefs, mythology, objects, artefacts, and the fantastic.

With a background in graphic and experiential design, she has good practical and technical knowledge of how illustration and graphics come to life across branding, packaging, print, exhibition, signage, and large format applications.

She enjoys working with a broad spectrum of clients, both commercial and boutique, and is most passionate about cultural, anthropological, or environmentally oriented clients, or clients that simply ‘do good’. She is extremely proud to have worked with: The BBC, National Geographic, and Disney+, as well as Australian businesses: Hospitality magazine, Matilda Life and Mr Black Spirits.

When she’s not working, or drawing, she’s dreaming of her next adventure. She loves traveling to new places, visiting museums and cultural sites, as well exploring remote landscapes on horse-back.
